About this Event

Join this welcoming and supportive group of beginners to boost your confidence and develop your yoga practice in a way that feels good for you. This is an invitation to take some time for yourself and explore this life changing practice.


During this course, you’ll get a taste of various aspects of yoga including:

- History

- Philosophy and basic principles

- Different styles of yoga

- Basic physical poses and alignment techniques

- Breathwork

- Meditation

- Nervous system regulation and stress reduction


That might sound like a lot, but don’t worry! Each week, we'll build upon what we've learned so far, allowing you to gradually deepen your practice and expand your knowledge and confidence. It won’t just be theoretical, you will practice & experience what the different aspects feel like in your body.


No previous experience or skill is required, all you need is curiosity and willingness to give it a go. Let go of any ideas about the ‘right’ way to do yoga and be open to experiment and have a bit of fun. This course is perfect for those completely new to yoga, those wanting to build strength and confidence before jumping into other classes or those coming back after a break.

About the instructor:

Tally has been practicing yoga for 11 years after starting with Yoga With Adriene videos in the comfort of her bedroom. She now has over 350 hours of yoga and mindfulness qualifications and 4 years teaching experience under her belt. Her approach to yoga is centered around on self kindness and not taking yourself too seriously. Find out more

- This 4 week course is made up of 4x 1 hour classes on Thursdays 26th Sept to 17th Oct, 7-8pm
