This hour-long, generative writing workshop offers an opportunity to work on your craft alongside the therapeutic benefits of sound performed by local Reiki Master, Samantha Beto.
As Sam fills the space with a sound bath using instruments like bowls and chimes, you'll receive the numerous mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of sound vibrations. Let the sound center you as you're guided with creative prompts to generate new writing!
Whether you have an existing project or simply want to let the music create something new alongside you, this workshop is designed for anyone who wants to experience a new angle to their writing practice.
