Glow & Flow Yoga - a practice that takes place in near darkness, brought to life by black lights and glow sticks. For those who wish to add an extra element of fun, there's the option of using body paint. This unique setting transforms your yoga experience into a mesmerizing one-of-a-kind practice, engaging your senses in a new way. We look forward to flowing with you in the near darkness and glowing under the black lights.You are encouraged to dress in white and neon colors to heighten the visual experience. If you want to use body paint, please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to paint yourself before class begins.
No experience is necessary; however, we will ask you to be mindful of your surroundings due to the near darkness. All levels of students are welcome.
