The winter solstice represents the shift from darkness into light. Let your yoga practice be a light in the darkness with an all-levels yoga flow class. We will begin with breath awareness, transition into flowing poses, and conclude with restorative poses and guided meditation.Date: Saturday, December 20, 2025
