This 75-minute sensory session blends crystal healing, reiki energy work, and vibrational sound therapy into one deeply restorative experience designed to help you ground and realign as we enter the energetic shift of the Autumn Equinox.

Whether you’re new to energy work or looking to deepen your seasonal reset, this is an accessible and impactful offering that clears your energetic field, soothes your nervous system, and returns you to clarity and inner alignment.

Crystal Healing + Chakra Balancing – Natasha will intuitively place crystals on and around your body to activate and align your energy centers.

Aura Clearing + Reiki Support – Receive gentle energy clearing and hands-on reiki to release stagnation and recalibrate your field.

Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls – Melanie will guide a healing soundscape to shift your vibrational state and deepen nervous system regulation.

We provide yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters. Wear something cozy as you’ll be lying down for the majority of the session.
