Come meet our ambassadors and share this unique experience to flow in store. We look forward to building community on First St!

Please bring your own mat. We will have a few loaners available just in case.

We promise to keep it fresh each month, but always all-levels and always fun.

First Saturday classes at 9am will be a slow flow with Irene Tracey. Second Saturdays with Marie Elaina Stewart can expect a pilates/HIIT inspired yoga sculpt class.
