Sound Bath & Acupuncture (ear)

Join us for a deeply restorative experience that blends the healing power of sound with gentle ear acupuncture to support relaxation and nervous system balance.

This experience combines a full sound bath led by Laura Simon of Let Me Bloom Sound Healing with Buddha’s Triangle, a gentle ear-only acupuncture offering provided by Pamela Gangler, L.Ac., of Gentle Strength Holistics. Buddha’s Triangle uses three calming points on the ear and is commonly used to help quiet the mind, ease stress, and invite deep relaxation. There are no body needles, and participation in the ear acupuncture portion is always optional.

As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in soothing sound from crystal singing bowls, gong, and other instruments designed to support stillness and deep rest.
