New Year Intention-Setting & Vision Board Workshop

This 3-hour gathering blends guided meditation, reflective intention-setting, and hands-on vision board creation to help you consciously call in the year ahead.

We’ll start by settling into the space with tea, followed by a calming New Year meditation to release the past year and tune into what’s ready to emerge. Stacey will then guide you through a reflective process to uncover your personal intention, theme, or guiding word—forming the foundation of your vision board. Using provided materials, you’ll create a vision board that intuitively brings your intentions to life. You’re welcome to bring personal images or quotes if you’d like.

The workshop will close with an optional sharing circle, offering space for connection and reflection in community.

You’ll leave with:

A clear, personal intention for the new year

A completed vision board

Renewed clarity and inspiration

A deeper connection to yourself and others

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, water bottle, and any meaningful images or words you’d like to include (optional). All vision board materials and tea are provided.
