Sound Bath and Reiki San Diego

Join us for a restorative Sound Bath and Reiki in San Diego, an immersive energy healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore inner balance.

This San Diego wellness event blends guided meditation, the vibrational healing of quartz crystal singing bowls, and gentle Reiki energy healing to support deep relaxation and emotional grounding.

We begin with a grounding guided meditation to help you settle into the body and breath.

As you rest comfortably, layers of resonant sound from quartz crystal singing bowls create a full-body relaxation experience. During the sound bath, Reiki energy healing is gently offered to participants to support energetic balance and nervous system regulation.

Reiki is a light-touch (or hands-off) energy healing practice that encourages relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.

No experience with Reiki or sound baths is necessary. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive.
