Sound Bath and Chill @ Sancta Cafe

The evening begins with a one-hour immersive sound bath led by Mike Auger, featuring the gong, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, overtone singing, and gentle drumming. Allow the rich, resonant tones to guide you into deep relaxation and energetic realignment.

After the sound bath, to complete this calming and grounding experience we’ll gather together in the cafe to enjoy a selection of herbal teas and an invitation to just relax or share your experences in the sound bath.

Whether you're looking to unwind, reset, or simply treat yourself to something special, this evening promises to be a beautiful blend of inner stillness and community

This meditative sound journey is the perfect way to slow the nervous system and move into a deeper state of consciousness, in which the resonances and vibrations of sound can begin to heal and repair the whole being. No experience is needed and all are welcome. Spaces are limited so please book soon to avoid disappointment.

What to Bring

Yoga mats and bolsteerd can be proviuded. I you wanted to bring your own equipment, you could bring:

- A mat

- A blanket or something to keep warm

- An eye pillow (or something to cover your eyes)
