FRIDAY 14th IS THE SECOND FRIDAY IN MARCH.

At 7:OOpm reward yourself by looking after yourself physically emotionally mentally and even spiritually with a Sound Bath. Be at one with benevolent nurturing vibrations that will sooth you.

EVERY 2nd FRIDAY AT RUSTINGTON YOUTH CENTRE WOODLANDS ROAD RUSTINGTON AT 7:00pm WE HAVE A SOUND BATH aka GONG SOUND MEDITATION.

All you need to do is be there and listen. The sounds and vibrations will then do the work for you. All for a contribution of £15pp.
