At 11:OOam reward yourself by looking after yourself physically emotionally mentally and even spiritually with a Sound Bath. Be at one with benevolent nurturing vibrations that will sooth you.

EVERY 4th THURSDAY AT WOODLANDS CENTRE WOODLANDS ROAD RUSTINGTON AT 11:00am WE HAVE A SOUND BATH aka GONG SOUND MEDITATION.

All you need to do is be there and listen. The sounds and vibrations will then do the work for you. All for a contribution of £15pp.
