A Place to Rest Inside the Sound

As the holidays settle and the new year begins to take shape, many of us find ourselves moving quickly again ~ back to work, back to routines, back to expectations. Even with the best intentions, this can create subtle pressure in the body and nervous system.

A Place to Rest Inside the Sound is a gentle, heart-centered sound bath designed to support deep rest, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

This experience weaves together crystal singing bowls, rhythm, pyramid tones, and the live sounds of Mina, a singing plant connected through the Music of the Plants device. The plant’s bioelectrical signals are translated into sound in real time, creating an organic, responsive layer of music that reflects the plant’s natural rhythms.

You’re invited to simply lie back and receive. There’s nothing to fix, no intention you need to hold, and no experience required. This is a space to soften, exhale, and allow your system to recalibrate through sound.

This offering is especially supportive if you’re feeling:
