MAC Evening Immersion: Sound Bath for Restoration

Join Sentinel Sound for a bi-monthly Evening Immersion held within the historical, resonant spaces of the Multnomah Arts Center (MAC).

This dedicated Sound Bath Series is your opportunity to disconnect from the demands of your week and access profound rest through the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and other resonant instruments. Each session is a gentle, accessible practice designed to calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and promote energetic renewal.

This series is led by Michelle, the founder of Sentinel Sound LLC and a certified member of the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA).

No commitment required! While this is a bi-monthly series, each date is a standalone event, and you are welcome to sign up for just one session at a time.

• Location within MAC: For each session, the specific room (such as the dance studio, gymnasium, or auditorium) may vary. Please check in at the front desk when you arrive; staff will be available to direct you to the correct space.
• Accessibility: The MAC building is fully handicap accessible

This practice is most commonly experienced lying down. To fully support your comfort and preferences during the hour-long immersion, please bring implements such as:

• Yoga mats or thick padding
• Blankets (for warmth)
• Pillows (for head and knee support)
• Eye masks or a scarf (to enhance relaxation)
