About this Event

A custom group crystal bowl sound bath blends breath work, intention setting, and sound to create a shared relaxation experience where participants are immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls. The harmonic vibrations support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and deep rest in a calm, low-light environment.

This work supports people experiencing stress, chronic tension, deep-rooted trauma, and those ready to access a deeper level of healing in a supportive group environment.

 These immersive sessions are designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress physiology, and restore clarity and cohesion within groups. Using crystal singing bowls, therapeutic sound immersion, and structured breathwork practices, participants are guided into a state of deep parasympathetic activation—supporting mental reset, emotional balance, and improved focus.

Please bring yoga mat, 2 blankets, 2 pillows. Wear loose comfortable clothes. Water bottle and journal if you want to reflect upon your SB experience.  Eye pillows will be available to use.
