December can be beautiful, full, busy, and sometimes a little overwhelming.
Between the holiday plans, the expectations, and everything pulling for our attention, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves.
Sound & Stillness: Coming Back to Yourself is your invitation to step away from the noise and come back to YOU.
We'll settle into this beautiful, spacious environment for a 75-minute sound immersion featuring singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. Give yourself permission to slow down, rest, and simply receive.
Afterward, we'll make space for integration, conversation, and tea. You can take your time returning to the outside world, connect with others, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a warm cup of tea.
Perfect if...
✔ Your mind has been BUSY.
✔ You're feeling the holiday hustle.
✔ You've been pouring into everyone else.
✔ You need a moment to breathe and reset.
✔ You're ready to reconnect with yourself.
No experience with sound or meditation is needed. Come exactly as you are, and give yourself permission to simply BE.
