When life gets busy, it's easy to keep moving without stopping to notice how far we've come or all the good that's already here.
Join me for Gratitude & Sound, an evening to slow down, reflect, and create space for gratitude through the experience of sound.
We'll settle into this beautiful, spacious setting and enjoy the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. This is an opportunity to step away from the usual noise, reconnect with yourself, and give yourself permission to simply be present.
After our 75 minute sound immersion, we'll have time for integration, conversation, and tea
. There's no rush to jump straight back into your evening. Take a moment to settle in, share if you'd like, and enjoy the connection.
