Join us for a morning of intentional rest, gentle connection, and deep relaxation at Sound & Stillness in Park56.
Hosted by Senses Spa and Zen House Yoga, this immersive experience invites you to step away from the pace of everyday life and settle into a slower rhythm through guided stillness and a restorative sound bath.
Surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of Park56, you'll be invited to get comfortable, breathe deeply, and allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and calming sounds to help quiet the mind and relax the body.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply looking to create space for yourself, this experience is designed to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
No previous experience is necessary—just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
What to expect:
- A welcoming and calming environment
- A guided light stretch to ground the body and mind
- A restorative sound bath experience
- Optional touch rituals by spa staff to deepen your state of relaxation
