Sound & Healing Stone Ceremony

Come and be a participant in this sound and healing stone ceremony facilitated by Laina Pilkenton. During this hour of ceremony, Laina will guide you through an intentional practice using a healing stone or crystal. She will also facilitate a sound healing meditation designed to bring you into a state of relaxation, peace, and balance.

There will be time and space at the end for journaling, optional sharing, and indulging in some chocolate. Come as you are, leave feeling restored and supported by community.

Please bring a water-friendly crystal or stone that’s meaningful with you, ensuring that it’s one you will recognize. Optional: also consider bringing a glass bottle or jar to take some ceremonial water home with you (not for drinking).

Suggestion: Bring your own yoga mat, towel, blanket, camping roll, or pillow to ensure your comfort during the meditation.
