Chair Yoga at the Downtown Library

Join us for a beginner-level chair yoga class. Instructor Tammy Bayer will adapt the class as needed to fit your needs and mobility levels. Chair yoga uses a chair for support with seated and standing postures to make yoga accessible to those who are new to it, have physical limitations, or find other yoga classes challenging.
