Sound Bath

Join us for a meditative, immersive experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by Holistic instruments to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and improve emotional well-being. Participants typically lie down, closing their eyes to listen as the sound facilitates a state of calm. Feel Free to bring a yoga mat or a pillow. This is a free/ goodwill donation event!
