The "Sound & Earth Experience" provides a heart-centered space for you to connect with nature and self through sound ♫ and meditative art.🌿🌼🌿🌼🌿🌼 🌿🌼🌿🌼

This workshop experience invites you to:
• Slow down and notice subtle beauty 🌺
• Engage touch, smell and sound as portals to presence 🙏
• Release tension and that which feels blocked or stagnant ⚡️
• Allow for a reawakening of vitality and flow 💦

What we'll do:
• Stop, breathe and ground in nature's healing energy.
• Forage for nature's fallen treasures—from petals and leaves to rocks to lichen—to reawaken a sense of wonder and awe.
• Create meditative nature art, like a mandala or collage, or a nature altar. (Prompts provided for inspiration, but create whatever you are moved to!)
• Enjoy a crystal bowl sound bath!
