Welcome to the March Sound and Gong Bath.
Why is it called a sound and gong bath? Well as you settle into your space either on the floor or in a chair, the sound waves will just wash around you, just like the water when in a bath. You will feel the effects differently every time, and every time it is just right for you.The relaxation session starts with you coming along, laden with your pillows, blankets, mats, water and you settle yourself down on the floor or in a chair.
You will be guided into a relaxed state and then I will start to play the sound healing instruments including tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, tongue drum, gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice and other lovely instruments.
The experience will be unique to you and your body will relax and release in a way that is safe for you.There are so many different feedbacks from freeing from pain, sleeping well, mental attitude changing or simply a deep relaxation which has the effect of balancing your blood pressure.
