Join Dawn Zuidema, owner of A New Dawn Arising, as she guides you into a sound and breathwork journey connecting to yourself.No experience required.
We will be using a three-part breathing practice with music while you are laying down. You will be guided the whole entire way through your journey of transformational sound and breath.
RESET breathwork allows you to:
R e-calibrate your nervous system
E levate your vibration
S omatically release stored emotions
E xpand your consciousness
T ransform into your most authentic self
What you need to know to prepare:
-Dress comfortably in loose clothing, especially near your chest and abdomen
-Refrain from eating for an hour prior
-Avoid alcohol the day of
-Have a journal, water, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional)
Not recommended for those who are pregnant or have recently had abdominal surgery, have cardiac issues or severe mental illness.
