Step into a sacred space where movement becomes meditation, and dance becomes a path to inner transformation. This is not a dance workshop, this is a journey into presence, connection, and heart.
**WHAT's NEW for this edition?
Every SoulKonnect Workshop is completely unique: the theme for this edition is 'The Journey of being (you)' - returning to calmness, flow and playfulness.
- The session will have a special focus on being: letting go of noise and of the stories and pains that hold you back.. releasing into flow and play.
- We close the session with either a deep releasing meditation or a Somatic Breathwork session
You’ll learn how to move — and be moved — from a place of stillness, intention & pure feeling.
**What to expect:**
- a safe space to pause, be and drop all masks, so only you remain
- Tools to connect more authentically with yourself and others
- Practices to calm the mind & open the heart to the music, the movement & your connection.
- Deep insights & emotional release
In short: A transformative experience that stays with you long after the music ends. Dance experience is not required, the techniques are meant to embody the process, not to perform excellence so whether or a soul seeking more presence in your body or you are a dancer longing for deeper connection, — this experience is for you.

- REGISTRATION:
Registration is mandatory: We strongly recommended to register as couple to preserve the leader/follower balance. We will switch partners continuously during the workshop (unless you chose to work primarily with your partner)
IMPORTANT: when registering as a couple - both partners need to submit their registration separately.
