This special 2-hour workshop is designed to strengthen your solo dance technique — skills that will not only improve your Brazilian Zouk but also any other partner dance you love.
We’ll guide you through a smart warm-up routine you can use before any dance session, then dive into exercises to improve body awareness, balance, and movement quality. You’ll also receive practical tools and drills you can continue practicing at home to keep evolving.
Open to all levels and dance backgrounds — come ready to move, learn, and unlock new possibilities in your dance!
