Come join us for some Soulfun goodness, tapping into a variety of practices to support your Wellbeing and Spiritual Blossoming. For this first Soulfun Sunday - 23rd Feb -
We'll be exploring and playing with some simple, but powerful energy practices to help with personal 'Energy Hygiene'.
A brief run down:
We'll open up our Sacred Space together,
then begin with the Soulfun Nourishment.
✨️ Rainbow Breath - working with the Chakra system ( this has been part of my own personal practice for over 30 years!)
✨️ Personal Seque (energy thread) retrieval and return
✨️ Working with the Creative Forces of Nature in a very specific way, to empower the Elemental Creative Forces within.
Lunch - Bring your own
✨️ First Rite of the Munay Ki -
The Healers Rite ( Receiving not Sharing)
✨️ Drum and Chant Session
✨️ Healing Circle to complete our day together.
Booking is essential, as space is limited.
