Ease into the week with breath, intention, and a whole lotta good vibrations. 🌬️ Barry Raccio will guide you through a mindful reset with gentle breathwork, affirmations, and a powerful sound journey featuring crystal bowls, brass bowls, and the symphonic gong - pure magic for your mind, body, and spirit.
Come for a tea and a mingle from 9:45 AM - 10:00 AM PT.
Meditation starts at 10:00 AM.
