In a city where visibility can feel like currency, it’s easy to get caught in the pressure to constantly achieve, compare, and stay seen. Through meditation, reflection, and grounding practices, we’ll soften visibility fatigue, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with a more authentic, present version of self, without the pressure to perform.
