Join me for a deeply transformative Sound Healing Experience on the First Sunday of the Month!
In each 60-minute sound bath session, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation with the soothing vibrations of crystal quartz bowls. The harmonic frequencies create a calming, meditative space that allows your body and mind to let go of tension, leaving you feeling restored and renewed.
What to Expect:
-A comfortable, peaceful environment where you can lay or sit and fully immerse in the sound.
-Gentle guidance into relaxation through mindful breathing and presence.
-A powerful sound journey with crystal quartz bowls that promote healing and deep relaxation.
-Soft transitions back to wakefulness, with time for quiet reflection or sharing your experience (if you wish).
-A small, intimate group of 11 maximum, ensuring everyone has the space to fully relax.
