Soulful Sunday | £45 per person | up to 3 hours
Soulful Sunday is a gentle invitation to slow down and be held by nature at Maycroft. We begin with a seasonal yoga flow in our new tipis, led by guest instructor Mandy Arthur, encouraging softness, breath and ease in the body. From there, you’re welcomed into our wild spa — warming in the wood-fired sauna, awakening the senses in the cold-plunge tubs, before settling into the aromatherapy hot tub beneath open skies.
Please bring a towel to sit on, a towel to dry, sliders or flip-flops, and water to drink.
Herbal tea and cake will be shared afterwards.
A nourishing space to rest, connect with like-minded souls and celebrate our new tipi retreat space.

Soulful Sunday is a gently held, shared experience — a chance to slow down together in nature. Set within the Ochil Hills, it weaves seasonal yoga, water and warmth into a flowing afternoon of rest and renewal. Yoga is offered as an intuitive, accessible practice led by guest instructor Mandy Arthur, focusing on presence rather than performance.
The wild spa invites a deeper unwinding through sauna heat, contrast therapy and cold-water immersion, supporting both body and nervous system. With space to move, soak, rest and gather, Soulful Sunday creates a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere — one where conversation, connection and quiet moments are equally welcome, and where time is left unhurried.
