Restorative Yoga is a practice of deep stillness that nurtures the body’s rest and digest state, supporting nervous system balance and healing. With the use of props such as blankets, bolsters, pillows, and blocks, the body is fully supported in gentle, restful poses, inviting profound relaxation.
During the practice, Autumn offers hands-on Reiki to each participant, creating a deeply nurturing and restorative experience. The session concludes with a soothing sound bath meditation, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
All mats and props are provided. Dress comfortably for relaxation.

**To ensure comfort and an intimate setting, space is limited to 5 people. Please sign up in advance to reserve your mat. Due to the limited capacity, once signed up, refunds are not available.
