Soulful Sound Journey with Salt Therapy

Join me, Meagan Marcus, for a deeply meditative and healing sound bath/salt therapy experience on March 28, 2025 at 6 PM

I am thrilled to be offering this event at Hearth and Haven Therapeutics in Lewiston in their incredible salt room. This is going to give an added healing benefit to the evening, and if you’ve never experienced salt therapy before, it's going to be a real treat! During a Salt Therapy Session, clients are invited to rest comfortably in a room accented with Himalayan salt bricks. The benefits of salt therapy are received by breathing in the dry salt aerosol emitted by the Halogenerator. Salt therapy is very beneficial for overall wellness by removing the toxicity from the respiratory system, improving the function and appearance of the skin, and boosting the immune system.

Utilizing different Reiki infused sacred instruments, including an ocean drum, crystal triangle, and crystal singing bowls, I will guide you through an evening of grounding, centering, and self-love while the halogenerator works its magic on us all.

Sound Healing has been used for centuries to help realign the bodies vibrations, clear energetic blockages, and improve emotional, mental, and physical well being. It can help to reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and reduce pain and inflammation in the body, among so many other wonderful benefits. In my own personal life, sound healing has been an incredibly powerful force of healing and I have experienced the benefits first-hand for many years, which is why I am so passionate about bringing sound healing to anyone that is open to receiving it.

****Feel free to bring your own pillows and blankets, however, we will be using the super comfy recliners provided by the spa to enjoy the most comfy experience and keep you off the floor!
