I’m opening my home for a small, intimate gathering to explore something I believe we all need right now:

How to regulate our nervous systems and create more joy in everyday life.

In this relaxed 1.5 hour session, we’ll explore simple but powerful practices to help you:

✨ calm your nervous system

✨ shift your emotional state quickly

✨ bring more pleasure, ease and beauty into daily life

✨ learn the art of “romancing your life”

Together we’ll experience gentle practices such as:

• conscious breathing

• nervous system regulation techniques

• simple tapping practices

• and ways to create everyday moments of magic and restoration

This will be a small, cosy gathering with time to reflect, connect and unwind.

Think warm cuppa, calm conversation, and leaving with practical tools you can use immediately in real life.

Because regulation doesn’t have to be complicated — and feeling good shouldn’t have to wait for weekends or holidays.
