Well- being walk at Thruscross Reservoir

Come and join the rangers for a walk round Thruscross Reservoir. Whether you want to learn about the history of the Reservoir or just want an excuse for a walk then this is the day out for you!

There will be plenty of birds on the water so bring binoculars if you have them.

This is a 4.5/5mile walk along some rough paths through the woods and can be tricky in places. There are also some steep steps to navigate. Please look at the Yorkshire Water website before signing up for the walk.

Please wear suitable footwear and suitable clothing and bring own lunch and refreshments.

There are parking charges in the car park which are as follows;

· 1 hour- £1

· 2 hours- £2

· 6 hours- £3

· All day- £5

· Annual pass available to purchase prior to event which covers Thruscross, Swinsty and Fewston car parks- £30

We will meet in the main car park to start the walk.
