The Phoenix's mission is to build a sober active community that fuels resilience and harnesses the transformational power of connection so that together we rise, recover, and live.
Agni Yoga wishes to bring this gift to Ocean County by offering free yoga classes through this non-profit organization.
The only requirement for this class is 48 hours or more of sobriety.
We will embrace the healing power of community in a safe, supportive environment. Our practice will focus on cultivating strength, resilience, and a deep sense of connection through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation
