Feeling the heaviness of the holidays? Join Cristin for a night of restoring your body, mind, and spirit. Cristin will be guiding us through a relaxing restorative yoga class to help us get back into our bodies. While in each posture she will be giving Reiki healing ending with an extended Crystal Quartz sound bath during Savasana.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality that allows a practitioner to access higher vibrational frequencies that unlock our natural ability to heal ourselves. A practitioner is able to channel universal energy by gentle touching or hovering their hand over you.
