Special Friday Night Class!!After 14 Years at Indigo, Sosie is Saying Goodbye. Help us send her off with lots of love!
Join us for a tender and soulful, celebratory gathering as Sosie offers her final Kundalini Yoga class - a loving farewell and a deep bow of gratitude. This special 2-hour class weaves together gentle movement, conscious breath work, and meditative stillness to gently clear, integrate, and honor the path we’ve walked together.
This class marks a full-circle moment as Sosie prepares to make her way back to Boston, carrying with her the love, teachings, and connections created these past 14 years at Indigo Yoga. (We will miss her so much!)
Move through nourishing Kundalini movements and chanting, followed by guided meditation and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to soften the body and quiet the mind. The journey concludes with an immersive gong relaxation, allowing the vibrations to wash through every layer of being - releasing what’s complete and blessing what comes next.
Rest, breathe, remember, and receive.
After class, stay and join us for tea and sweet treats as we share connection, gratitude, and loving goodbyes with Sosie together!
Advanced registration is required for class as space is limited but all are welcome to stop by & say farewell to Sosie.
