Join us for a heart-opening Cacao & Sound Bath Ceremony designed to gently release the energy, stories, and emotional residue of the past year while creating intentional space for the year ahead. This ceremony is an invitation to pause, reflect, and consciously shed what no longer serves as we step into 2026 with clarity, alignment, and intention.

We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its ability to soften the heart, deepen self-connection, and open pathways to emotional release. Guided intention-setting will follow, allowing you to honor what you’re letting go of and to plant seeds for the energy you wish to call in—whether that be abundance, peace, creativity, healing, or expansion.

You’ll then be immersed in a sound bath journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments. The vibrations of sound work to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and guide the body into a deep meditative state, supporting integration, renewal, and energetic reset.

This ceremony is a sacred container for reflection, release, and rebirth—an opportunity to close one chapter with gratitude and step into the next with intention and trust.

You’re invited to bring a small item — a crystal, flower, written intention, card, or symbolic object — to place on the altar as a representation of what you’re releasing or calling in for the year.

You can expect:
