This heart-centered workshop invites you and your partner to explore trust, communication, and presence through a series of engaging activities. Together, you’ll move through partner yoga poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and harmony, while practicing partner breathing exercises to synchronize your energy and cultivate shared calm. Through playful yet meaningful partner activities, you’ll learn to support one another—physically and emotionally—while strengthening your intimate connection. 💞
