In this “Finding Balance” Series, students will be led during each workshop through simple steps to dive into the body. Students will blend yin yoga with myofascial stretching, guided visualization, props, mostly relaxing and restoring the body on the mat along with a few gentle movements. Katie has practiced finding balance her whole life through balancing academics, sports, music and downtime to be able to let her daydreamy mind breathe and is excited to share her process with you!
Students will feel balanced after each workshop from front to back, side to side and top to bottom as that’s what she strives to offer in both her classes and personal healing sessions as a Reiki practitioner.
Students (Latitude 44 Yoga members AND Non-Members) are welcome to attend any single workshop, however Katie recommends attending all 3 workshops to receive the entire benefit from the guidance she builds throughout the series.

“Space” will take you on a gentle and effective journey to uncover what is holding you back from being balanced through guided myofascial stretching. You will find more space in the body, the mind, and soul so that you can go forward into the world for a month continuing to take actions to create more space for yourself before we meet again to Integrate.
"Integrate" will aide you in owning and bringing all layers of yourself together.
"Create" will draw everything together with movements, mindset, and manifestation.
