Soul&Stretch is an all-levels vinyasa experience blending movement and sound with a live performance by the Mandingo Ambassadors, featuring two electric guitars and djembe. Guests are invited to ground, release, and reconnect through an energizing fusion of yoga and West African rhythm.
Following the flow, guests can unwind and connect over a warm chai tasting.
Yoga from 1:30 to 2:30 pm; arrive up to 30 minutes before.
Mats will be provided by stakt.
