Wild Woman Feminine Embodiment
About this Event
Hello ladies,
Before the world told you who to be…
before you learned to people-please, overfunction, shrink yourself, stay quiet, afraid, nice, small…
there was you.
The wild, wise, instinctual woman underneath it all.
This experience is about remembering her.
Wild Woman: Feminine Embodiment is a guided somatic experience for women and those who identify as women ready to peel back the layers of conditioning, trauma, programming, and old survival patterns—and reconnect with the truest parts of themselves.
The parts that know.
The parts that feel.
The parts that trust. The parts that were never meant to be silenced.
This is not talk therapy.
You won’t be sitting in a circle telling your story or listening to others process theirs.
This is a body-based experience.
Because so much of what keeps us stuck lives beneath the mind:
learned helplessness, hyper-independence, people-pleasing, overgiving, overfunctioning, perfectionism, shutting down, staying small.
These patterns once kept you safe.
But they may not be serving you anymore.
Through guided writing prompts, nervous system regulation, embodied movement, vibrational soundscapes, and voice activation, you’ll have the opportunity to experience a somatic release and gently uncover what’s underneath those patterns.
Isn't it time you reconnect with the woman you were before all of it?
Not to become someone new.
But to remember who you’ve always been.
This is not a workout.
This is not yoga.
This is not a choreographed dance.
There’s nothing to perform.
Nothing to get right.
You don't have to do it "right".
You'll move at your own pace.
Maybe you've been feeling:
• overwhelmed
• disconnected
• stuck
• overextended
• heartbroken
• uncertain
• tired of carrying it all
You will leave feeling:
• clearer
• softer
• stronger
• sexier
• more connected
• more alive
• more trusting of yourself
• more free to move forward
This space is for women who:
✨ are ready to break old patterns
✨ crave deeper connection to themselves
✨ want to feel more embodied, expressed, and alive
✨ are healing, growing, and reclaiming their power
We’ll gather at Esoterra, a beautifully intentional space designed to support depth, softness, and transformation.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes you can move in, and layers in case your body temperature changes throughout the event.
No prior experience is needed.
Bring a journal if you’d like (paper and pens provided)

Sabine Feuilloley
Originally from France, Sabine has called New York home for over 30 years—a city whose energy and diversity have shaped both her personal life and professional journey. Her path has been anything but linear, marked by resilience, reinvention, and revelations, from the fashion world to healthcare.
During her career in fashion, she discovered meditation and later sound meditation. These practices became essential tools for balance and clarity in a fast-paced universe, and later inspired her to explore healthcare with a deeper sense of care and presence. Trained by experienced practitioners, she brings a grounded, professional approach to every session while keeping the practice accessible, transformative, and deeply restorative.
