Soul Sunday: A Visioning Ritual for the Year Ahead

Soul Sunday is a sacred morning experience designed to help you slow down, connect, and intentionally step into the year ahead.

We’ll begin at 8:30 AM with tea time, sipping our beautiful signature tea blend while gently connecting with others in a warm, welcoming space. This is your invitation to arrive as you are—soft, open, and present.

Once we gather, we’ll stitch into our circle and ease into a few light, grounding stretches to awaken the body and release tension. From there, you’ll be guided through a powerful visualization meditation created to align your mind, body, and soul, helping you clearly see who you are becoming and what you are calling in this year.

After meditation, we’ll transition into a 15-minute guided journaling session, allowing you to anchor your vision, intentions, and insights onto the page—creating something you can return to long after the morning ends.

Each guest will receive a thoughtfully curated take-home bag including:
