This experience will begin with gentle breathwork and an overview of the Soul Star Chakra, followed by grounding yoga poses to help you fully drop into your body. We’ll close with a chakra-balancing meditation infused with sound and Reiki, leaving you feeling deeply aligned, centered, and connected.

Meet your instructor Lindsey:
My Yoga journey began in 2005 when I took my first yoga class and knew that this was made for me. My background is in gymnastics and ballet, so this just felt natural for my body . I immediately starting learning and teaching . I received certification training through YogaFit and Yoga renew and currently enrolled in a 300 hour YTT program. Teaching yoga for the for all these years has been such a blessing. I am certified in Reiki II and Chakra Healing . This has given me more insight into the magic we all have inside of us. I currently live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with my husband , three amazing children and two dogs. I truly feel that if we breathe and move with intention of our highest good we can make the changes in our own life, and in the world that we need. My Journey honors your Journey.
