Join us Tuesday nights in Pleasant Grove with Nic, to get into a tranquil state of mind! With light guided breathwork and meditation, plus his magical musical tones, everyone is sure to enjoy!
The events will start at 7 pm, so please arrive early to settle in. Spaces are limited in PG, so make sure to reach out and reserve your spot!

"I have been a percussionist for over 20 years and have always found peace through music.
Gravitating toward a more meditative style of music I picked up the hand pan (or hang drum) a couple years ago and have found much needed tranquility though its sounds and vibrations.
I want to facilitate the peace that I experience through playing my music, to others.
When coming into the spaces that I hold, individuals will find safety, tranquility, and room to lay down their burdens and rejuvenate their soul.
Through breath and music we can help facilitate healing."
