All women ages 16 and older are invited! We will begin with yoga at 8am (wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel or yoga mat if you have one), followed by a light breakfast. Classes will be taught at 9, 10, 11, and 1, with lunch at 12 noon. There will be a service project and a chocolate room soda bar throughout the day. We hope you will join us for any part of the day! Casual attire.
