About this Event

Soul Soak is a deeply restorative sound bath session that invites you to lie back, relax, and receive. Using a blend of 432hz crystal singing bowls, gong vibrations, ocean drum, rain column, wooden chimes, and grounding spoken affirmations, this experience gently guides you into a meditative state where the body can release tension and the spirit can reset.

As the sounds wash over you, your nervous system is soothed, your mind softens, and your energy field is gently cleared. At times, soft affirmations are spoken to plant seeds of calm, clarity, and empowerment and in some sessions, gentle vocal tones and healing chants will be layered in to support deeper integration.

Set in the peaceful, leafy-green atmosphere of Mind N Heart, this is more than a class, it’s an energetic reset for body, mind, and soul.
