Soul Sisters - Sister Circle, Cacao & Sound Ceremony

The birth of a monthly gathering for women to come together in circle, soften, and be witnessed.

This is a space to be heard, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with the wisdom of sisterhood. A space where you are invited to come exactly as you are — without fixing, without performing, without judgement.

We will open the evening with a gentle cacao ceremony, followed by a sharing circle where each woman is invited to speak from the heart, or simply listen. The gathering will close with a nourishing sound meditation to support integration, rest, and grounding.

Each month will hold a guiding theme that moves with the energy of the year, while always leaving space for you to share whatever your heart wishes to express.

This circle is also the beginning of something deeper — a growing community.

There is no expectation here. No end goal. No pressure to be anything other than where you are in your journey.

This is a space where women can come together to be witnessed in their growth, their healing, their joy, their grief — all of it. A space to support one another, to feel held, and to remember what it means to be in true, nourishing connection.

We have been taught by modern society that we must do everything alone. That we should be independent, self-sufficient, and constantly “holding it all together.”

But the truth is — it takes a village.

We are not meant to do life alone.
We are meant to gather.
To share.
To lean on one another.
To be seen.

This circle is a return to that ancient remembering — where women came together in community, in honesty, in support, and in sisterhood.

As we sit in circle, we are equals. One voice is not more important than another. Each story matters.

About Your Facilitator

This gathering is held by Jessica, The Soul Siren — a Master Sound Therapy Practitioner, yoga teacher, and ceremonial space holder.

Jessica works with sound as a powerful tool for transformation, supporting women to shift energy on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels. Through both group spaces and intimate 1:1 containers, her work weaves together sound healing, voice, and mindful, therapeutic movement to create spaces where women feel safe to soften, open, and be seen.

With a background in music and a devotion to the priestess path, Jessica brings a subtle yet deeply felt sense of ceremony into everything she offers. Her approach is intuitive and grounded — less about performance, and more about remembrance.

She has held intimate, transformative ceremonies at The Loft in Reigate, where this circle will take place — a space already infused with the energy of connection, healing, and shared experience.

Within Soul Sisters, Jessica holds the space gently and intentionally, allowing each woman’s voice to emerge in her own time, in her own way.
