NOVEMBER 14 ~ Illuminate the Darkness ~Sacred Soul SessionAs November embraces us with its reflective spirit, it’s the perfect time to journey inward and illuminate the depths of your inner world. We invite you to join us for our first Sacred Soul Session of the year, where movement, mindfulness, and self-inquiry will guide your exploration.
What to Expect:
🧘♀️ Gentle Yoga Movement:
Flow through calming poses that nurture your body and spirit, connecting to breath as you move helping you to release tension and embrace lightness.
🎶 Nidra Meditation and Sound Healing 🍃 : Engage in a soothing guided meditation practice designed to quiet the mind, enhance self-awareness, and awaken your inner light. With the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, tuning forks, gong, flute, pan drums and didgeridoo —you will be taken on a blissful and healing sound journey.
-Community Connection:
💞 Cultivate deeper bonds with yourself and others in a supportive, sacred and magical yurt space.
🫖 Tea and Treats:
To enhance your experience, delightful tea and treats will be provided, allowing you to saver the moment and nourish your senses.
